18-hole Scratch Medal for the
West Hill Junior Open Cup
(Surrey Junior Order of Merit Event)

Format: Individual Medal, Boys from the white tees and girls from the red. Separate competitions               

Handicap Index: Boys – 24.0, Girls - 30.0
CDH numbers are required on entry.       

Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Scratch and 1st, 2nd, 3rd Handicap boys, girls dependent on entry numbers. 
Competitors may only receive one prize.

Entry Fee: £37.00 payable by BACS, the entrance fee includes food after golf.

Age Limit: Under 18 on 1st January 2023.

Closing Date: Tuesday 11th July 2023, if fully subscribed places will be allocated with lower handicaps prioritised.

Cancellations: Cancellations are permitted up to the closing date, thereafter, no refunds will be made unless a substitute from the waiting list takes your place. 

Notification: Depending on numbers the start times will be an AM shotgun or multi-tees. The draw will be sent out by email.

Caddies/Buggies: No caddies are permitted and buggies will only be allowed if a medical certificate is provided in advance. Spectators must remain at least 25 metres from the players throughout the competition and must not try to communicate with any player during the event.

Dress: Standard golfing attire is required. No tee shirts, jeans or trainers are allowed for competitors or spectators.  Golfing attire is acceptable for the meal.

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry without assigning any reason and, if necessary, to replace players who have scratched after the draw has been published. They will decide on all matters relating to the competition.
